Welcome

Hello, and thank you for visiting. I've created this portfolio to serve as both a record of what I learned as part of the Adult Education and Training program at Colorado State University, and as a place to highlight my continuing education after I leave the program.

This portfolio will include information about my education, skills, and teaching philosophy, along with projects, literature reviews, and course reflections. The information here will not only help me remember what I've learned thus far, but will also allow my learners, colleagues, employers, and fellow trainers and teachers to get to know me and how I view my role as a facilitator.
